Brazilian-born Mariana Muccio Do Prado Sampaio began her career under the mentorship of three-time Grammy Award–winning producer and audio engineer Om’Mas Keith (Frank Ocean’s Channel Orange and Blonde, Kanye West’s Watch The Throne, and more), and multi-platinum audio engineer and sound designer Thai Long Ly (Nintendo, DJ Khalid, P!nk, and more). Now a Grammy-nominated, multi-platinum, and Billboard #1 charting audio engineer, music producer, composer, and sound designer, with credits spanning Kendrick Lamar, Anderson .Paak, Snoop Dogg, Dr. Dre, J Cole, Amine, Louis Vuitton, HITKOR Broadcasting, Hotcakes Podcast, and much more, Mariana’s work has amassed over 710 million streams and counting, and is ranked in the top 5% of audio engineers worldwide.
Throughout her career, Mariana has worked at several critically acclaimed recording studios, including The Pharmacy, founded by Dr. Dre; Shangri-La, owned by Rick Rubin; The Recording Club, established by Greg Spero; and Whitelines, owned by Om'Mas Keith, where she currently serves as Head Audio Engineer and Producer.
Beyond music, Mariana’s expertise extends to live, broadcast, podcast, and audio restoration; She has worked as an audio engineer and sound designer for Louis Vuitton, the Hotcakes Podcast, as a live audio engineer at SEED Performing Arts, and as a broadcast sound mixer at Hitkor Broadcasting, demonstrating a broad and versatile command of audio across multiple platforms. Mariana additionally has experience in teaching and mentoring at SEED Performing Arts Academy and So Fly Kids Academy (piano and music production).
